Shopify's Knowledge Base app goes away on Jan 15, 2027.
It moved into the admin; big stores must re-add facts.

On Oct 26, 2026, Shopify built Knowledge base (the facts AI agents get about your store) into the admin and said the standalone Knowledge Base app won't be available after Jan 15, 2027. Stores with more than 1,000 facts didn't have them moved over.
